Job Title: Travel Nurse RNNext Move Healthcare is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in Prescott, Arizona.Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in a telemetry unit
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and medical conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare teamRequirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Arizona
  • Experience in telemetry nursing
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, days
  • 36 hours per week
